A decent and average place to stay. Not to be expected much on the food. Service is good. Rooms are clean, however, not luxurious for 2 star standards. The strong point about the hotel is its placement. Close to charring cross and botanical garden.

The location and service.
Not luxurious for 2 star standards. Hot water available for couple of hours only.(8-10am)

It was ok but no hot water in the night time.

It was really quick to check in.
No hot water in th night time & not so clean.

Not at all up to expectations. A hotel in a hill station, does not have 24 hours hot water. The room service was pathetic. The service at the hotel resturant was equally bad.

Nothing at all.
Everything about the hotel and their service.

This hotel is worth to the money you spend on it. It is very good hotel for the middle class persons

The hotel staff was very nice. They were very co-operative. They provided us almost all the solution of our queries.
There wasn’t any such incident
