I stayed at the hotel on February 13, 2011 night. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Here are the reasons -- 1. The reception desk associates were rude, clueless, and totally incompetent. 2. The restaurant food was poor. The staff/servers were totally incompetent and in coherent. We had to ask for silverware, water, paper napkins, etc. 3. The next morning at the breakfast time, the breakfast was not available until 8 am even though we were promised that breakfast will be available at 7 am. 4. There were cockroaches on the dining tables. 5. We asked for pickles the night before which they provided was left in a open bottle overnight and was still in the open bottle the next morning. 6. There was no hot water available in the rooms. We had to take shower with cold water. We feel very sorry for future guests of the hotel. Absolutely a third class operation.

There are no positives about this hotel. This hotel provided the worst possible service. No hot water in the room. Poor food in restaurant. The worst parts is the staff. Totally incompetent. Cockroaches all over the dining tables.

It’s a very decent resort. It’s a good place to spend weekend.

The service and the ambience of the resort are good. The staff is very cooperative. The food is also good.

It is little far away from the town so in case of emergency there are not many resources available near by. But the assistance given by the staff helps mitigate this un comfort. I have personally experienced this situation once when my wife had some problem and I had to rush for some medicines immediately in the night at around 9:30. The prompt help of the manager and the staff helped me and I could fetch medicines quickly.

No hotel transportation from the to and from hotel to nearest junction which is only 3 kms from the hotel. More over once they arranged transport they charged Rs 100 for it which is very unfair.
