The room was very good.

I hired a cab from the hotel to visit taj mahal in agra. But the taxi they provided was very poorly maintained and uncomfortable. Outside cab service providers was available at 600 rupees or less than the cab from the hotel. But we preferred using the hotel cab as we thought it would be better and more comfortable. but we were disappointed with the cab serivce. Inspite of paying 600 bucks more from the other cab service we did not get the comfort we were looking for and felt we didn't get a fair deal.

Good service, decent rooms, proximity to the metro station.

The location

The ambience was good and clean. Food was enjoyable.

The booking was made using makemytrip.Com, but the rooms booked were "unavailable" on arrival. That said, another suite was immediately assigned.

I along with my family stayed in room 213 for a night and the room was very spacious, neat and clean including bathrooms. All equipments were nicely functioning and it gave a full satisfaction for a family of 2+2 in terms of space. The staff was very co-operative and helpful. The dining room was like a personal dining room because it had just 7-8 places which gave a feeling of personalization.

The outside ambience of the hotel or location is not ok and gives a low quality look due to sime mechanic shops/garage just by side of it. This also gives a problem in parking a car in front of the hotel. But , the internal ambeince is good. I also felt the prices for the food items to be on higher side when compared to the quantity of food provided.

The ac s make lot of noise and room service is very slow
