Actually i had booked super delux room, but during the three days(my booking dates) one group with nearly 40 members had booked the resort for that reason the hotel didn''t give me the super deluxe room.They gave me an executive room.After Asking the resonsible person twice,I was told that the executive room is higher than super deluxe room.But that wasn''t eh case becaouse the room had a bad smell, water heater was not working, window close lock also not working, tv remote also not available, even door-mate also not given by hotel persons. I told the
concerned person three times but every time very time he told me i will arrange, i will arrange, but he didn''t arrange anything.
