It was indeed a great experience. I booked the hotel at 10.30 am just before starting from gurgaon for agra. The hotel and makemy trip both called to confirm the booking. What was a delight was the way the hotel followed to find out when i reached. In fact by the time i reached at 8.00 pm, the hotel had called me 3 times and makemytrip 2 times.
