Poor hotel. Not worth the money spent. Unprofessional people. Some in the front desk struggles with their english.
Food was good and tasty.
1.Water from ac was leaking into the bathroom.
2.The menu card provided in the room for room service had old rates and when the bill came it resulted in needless exchange of words.
3. The telephone in the room was not working. It was replaced promptly on complaint.
4. Hardly 4-5 channels in the tv had proper audio visual accompaniments and unfortunately all of them were tamil channels.
5. The linen inthe room had dead insects in the room on occupancy and i had to instruct them to replce it.
6.The bathroom was unclean.
and all this in a superdeluxe room!!!
