Hotel stay was very comfortable. Service was good and facilities were satisfactory.
Great food.
The location of the hotel was not very much satisfactory.

Good hotel to stay. Value for money hotel.
The hotel rooms were very cozy & nice. Even services were good.

Truly lives up to its "star" reputation. Highly recommended!
Location: Centrally located in salt lake city area. Very close to the swabhumi theme park and multiplex. The city centre mall(the best in the country) is also closeby. Huge and safe parking area.

Hotel/Room Condition: Spick n span! Everything from the loo to the pillows r spotless.

Food & Beverages: Had breakfast at the waterside cafe. The buffet breakfast was really good with mindboggling variety. There are also the indian restaurant "Gucchi" and Italian "La cucina" to choose from.

Facilities: No complaints. There is a well maintained outdoor pool with good landscaping all around. Ther's a fantastic gym for the fitness freaks. Science city, Nicco water park, City centre mall and a multiplex are all very closeby, IF you wnat to leave the wonderful hotel! I'd prefer to stay back for full paisa vasool!

Hotel Service: Absolutely top grade.

Value for Money: YES.
