Its an hptc run hotel in palampur. We visited the city for a day so stayed in the hotel just for the night. Good budget hotel with loads of space and good food
Location: located on the road to Neugal Cafe from Palampur bazaar with a big parking space

Hotel/Room Condition: 3 std rooms were rented for 1 night stay. the rooms were clean with good clean toilets. for a govt run hotel its in a good shape and condition. power cuts though are annoying and the hotel did not have any back up systems.

Food & Beverages: the hotel menu did not offer much dishes but good hot food was served for dinner. breakfast too was filling. bottled HPTC juices were good to taste.

Facilities: the lawns in front of the hotel had a play area for the kids. no recreational facility was provided.

Hotel Service: the staff was bit slow in term of service. a normal phenomena in HPTC hotels.

Value for Money: value for money yes!!! for stay in Palampur on official visit or vacation its the best place to stay.better than few hotels in the bazaar area
