Bad... Its that simple we booked the suite room - supposed to be the best room in any hotel. The bathroom door is of smoked glass and guess the worst part - they dont have locks. Moreover when informed the reception (not mentioning the staffs name here) i am informed that as the room is meant for families there is no necessary for locking or covering the gaps in the glass door. More over they the best travel desk - outsourced as i am informed from the reception out to rob your money. Good luck to any one who stays in the room as you can never go to toilet in pease

We had a wonderful stay at the goldfinch, mangalore. Great value for money, excellent food, good, courteous service, especially the front office. Check-in was very swift and smooth especialy at that early hour of the day.
