Located on Calangute-Candolim Road in north Goa, Osbourne Holiday Resort is 40 km from the airport; 18 kms from Thivim railway station and one km from Calangute beach

Room Amenities: The hotel has 110 rooms divided into Standard Non AC rooms, Standard AC rooms and Superior rooms. The Superior room is a two roomed set, with a living room and a bedroom with attached balcony. All modern conveniences are provided.

Dining: Top Gear-the multi cuisine restaurant offers Indian, Chinese, Continental and local Goan food while the pool side bars are stocked with a variety of Indian and foreign liquor.

Hotel Facilities: The hotel mainly offers facilities like foreign exchange, lockers at the reception, doctor on call, laundry service, housekeeping, car rental, beauty parlor, travel assistance and a parking area.

A nice hotel, i recommend.

Room was good and service too.

I had booked this hotel and came to know that these people have shifted me to their so called sister concern hotel. The facilities available in the other hotel were far worse than the room i had booked for. It didn't have a tv, phone and room was on the third floor and the hotel din't have a elevator also. I registered a complaint with osborne people and they simply and rudely denied that i had booked a room with all the above mentioned facilities. After a lot of fight for 2-3 days with them, i got 2 complimentary meal vouchers. which is obviously not the thing i wanted..Rather i wanted a room with all the above mentioned facilities.So, "never trust osborne people" and my advice would be stay as far as possible from this hotel.

They can cancel your booking and put you into any otherhotel of their choice. Never plan to stay there. If you do, god bless you..

If they had their way, they would probably put up a sign board 'indians not allowed'. The staff is extremely unwelcoming towards the indians. They don't want indians in their hotel. Me and my wife had a terrible time here. The discrimination was so obvious. The best of services and all courtsies are reserved only for the white skin here, indians are not treated well. We felt we needed to pay them a 100 rs to get basic courtsies out of them. The hotel management is bent upon ripping people off their money, and that why perhaps they love the white skin more that our indian bhai. Can you imagine their hotel staff (reception desk) actually wanted to make money out of giving me directions for a fish shop in goa. The staff sets a really bad picture for goan hospitality. The goan staff here is racist and totally sucks. All my indian brothers/ sisters never visit this dreaded place. Am contemplating legal action!
