I believe they do accept cards, although I didn't use there.They do have a travel desk. Although staff is warm and friendly, but this area needs immediate concern. Housekeeping services is very bad. I guess they would send a guy only when guests are not there, which should not be the case. Since I went in the season time, rates were quite budget friendly. But Value for money. Ummm.... I need to think twice.
Although this place is not very far from either railway station or bus stand (read 1.5 Kms). Even ooty lake is nearby which is a major attraction. But my concern is at night the place becomes too lonely and its even difficult to find an auto rickshaw. The streets are not properly illuminated even. Parking space is ample.Food is quite okay and tasty. No hassles.
Room was too damp to my liking. And one blanket was not enough probably.
