Located on a lazy road in the hill station , Nalapad Residency is a 3 star property lies just one and a half kilometres from the railways station and bus stand and 1 kilometre from the lake.

Room Amenities: The hotel has a total of 24 rooms which are divided into categories of 6 Economy rooms which are the lowest category, 16 Comfort rooms and 2 Luxury rooms which are the highest category with all latest ameniies.

Dining: Nalapad Residency is restaurant is located in a separate building across a small lawn which offers Indian and Chinese fare and can accommodate a total of 30 persons.

Hotel Facilities: Other services offered by the hotel are 24 hours check in and check out, travel desk, parking facility, room service from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm and acceptance of major credit cards.

i believe they do accept cards, although i didn't use there.They do have a travel desk. although staff is warm and friendly, but this area needs immediate concern. housekeeping services is very bad. i guess they would send a guy only when guests are not there, which should not be the case. since i went in the season time, rates were quite budget friendly. but value for money. ummm.... i need to think twice.

	Although this place is not very far from either railway station or bus stand (read 1.5 kms). even ooty lake is nearby which is a major attraction. but my concern is at night the place becomes too lonely and its even difficult to find an auto rickshaw. the streets are not properly illuminated even. parking space is ample.Food is quite okay and tasty. no hassles.

	Room was too damp to my liking. and one blanket was not enough probably.
