It is a centrally located hotel, having two restaurants. It is located centrally close to palace and zoo. The rooms are spacious. However, service leaves a lot to be desired. We were two adults and two children. We checked in at 12 noon and asked the housekeeping for extra bed to be placed at that time, we also asked for extra towels for children. We waited for half an hour, but nobody arrived. Then we left for sightseeing, reminding the requests again at the reception. On coming back at 8 pm after sightseeing, the extra beds were placed but towels were still missing.
The location is ideal. The restaurants are theme restaurants, one called ghufa (cave) and the other called as jungle (based on jungle theme)
The service is pathetic, they need to hire some professional staff.
secondly, they need pest control. I and my family all killed a few insects including cockroaches and spiders. We do not expect these things in places situated in the heart of city and charging 4000/- per night
