I think the location is very central and ideal for a person who wants to be in the heart of the city . It was a decent place and i was happy with the service rendered by the staff.

Location ambiance of the room courteous staff cozy place to be in

Rooms were a little small , i guess we were in mumbai and place is a constraint . The breakfast spread was not too great and room service was pretty expensive !

Very few facilities. Probably operates for business travelers primarily and services could be better.Quite old fittings. Old tv. Hot water was not there for an early morning shower even after running precious water for 5 minutes.Had simple veggy food. Adequate quality / quantity though would prefer jain food which was not available – hence limited range.

Parking is poor, crowded streets ( sometimes), far away from the entertainment centres.
