If you want to stay in the midst of nature away from everyone and away from everything, this is the right place. This hotel looks like a resort and is 9km from the munnar centre and 2km from pallivasal. so, you should have your own vehicle or be prepared to cough out rs.300+ everytime you want to step out. as there is nothing else within 2km, you are forced to eat in the restaurant. Food is ok. Room service is prompt. Hot water is available 24hr though you have to wait patiently for gas geyser to come up. each cottage has 4 rooms 2 on ground and 2 on next level. Upper level ones may be better as we had damp smell in our lower level room.

Location is excellent if you have own vehicle and love to live in nature. room service is prompt.

Staff are not professionally trained. One guy had severe running nose and still serving food & water glasses with bare hands!

The resort is very good and the view from the room was really nice. We really enjoyed the staying. Infact we extended one more day to spend in the hotel.

The rooms were neat and maintained well. The surroundings was nice. And the staff were nice and very much helping.

North indian food items were good but south indian food was not that good.

Whispering meadows is well located as in it is easily visible from the road, which is how we found it in the first place. The rooms were comfortable, the service was good, and the food was great. My son particularly enjoyed playing with the rabbits and the cocks, and spent half his time chasing them.

What i liekd best about the hotel was the staff. They were helpful and courteous, and even managed to handle my precocious son well. He chased the rabbits and the cocks half the time we were there, and it was amazing the way they helped keep him out of trouble. Some of them even helped him feed the rabbits.

I don't have any complaints, except that the road leading to the reception from the main road is rather steep, and we had a hard time getting up there with our huge car. Small cars will have no problem, but big ones need to be steered well to climb up and down safely.

This hotel is home away from home, amist the many beautiful elements of forest life at hils.

Services provided in the hotel was ok!

Quality of extrabeds provided was poorest of poorest.

The services were not professional.The staff was not cordial.
