Okay for a short stay at a reasonable cost. Cannot say if it is best value for money.
This is what I think about

I liked
Location: it's proximity to business district and shopping areas of chennai like t. Nagar.
I didn't like
1.Ambience outside the hotel.
2.Lobby is not in the 3-star league.
3. Room #103 in which i stayed is on 2nd floor. The path leading to the room is always filled with house keeping items.
4.Bath/toilet is just average. No hot water flow in the tap of wash basin.
5. The hotel management expects the guest to go to the ground floor cafeteria to have the early morning coffee of the day (which is part of the package, as they claim).
