Good place to stay if u really wanna enjoy the city of joy.

Well located hotel, well appointed rooms and warm friendly staff. we walked into the lobby and into a whiff of the fragrance of tuberoses which were nicely placed in a tall vase. Although the lobby level was being renovated, the staff made the check in procedures so smooth, that we hardly felt any inconvenience. rooms are well appointed, luxurious and comfortable with all the modern amenities. food was good, lots of variety, even in room service and we enjoyed every bit of it. the staff at the front desk, and the restaurant and the housekeeping are all warm an friendly and made the stay even more pleasant.

The location, ideal for the business traveller as well as holidaying guests. the staff are warm and friendly. the rooms are well appointed, include all the most modern amenities.

The entrance to the hotel is not too impressive, seems like you pass into some other property to get to this one.

It was a good choice for a quick stopover in kolkata, mostly due to the late checkout option. It was a nice hotel, but not quite as 5 star 'luxury' as we had hoped. The staff were attentive and helpful, rooms were good sized, but rooms facing the street were quite noisy late into the night.

Lobby was beautifully done up but the rest of the hotel did not quite measure up to it's 'boutique' status. Good service and late checkout were the biggest positives

I didn't like having to walk through the cafe to enter the hotel or go through the car park. noisy rooms when facing the street.
