Over-rated 3 star property in jaipur. It had nothing 3 star about it. The service staff was not well trained to welcome you. Overpriced hotel as compared to the facilities provided by them. It is a budget hotel facility at the price of 3 star comfort. It is just a riding on location which is close to the markets, air port, bus and railway station. You should look out for rtdc run hotels which are 80% cheaper than this one. The quoted rate is rs 3,500 per night, while i got a deal for rs 2,000 per night from mmt which was the only comforting factor. All freebies offered are a joke and have conditions attached which you get to know when you try to avail them! basic things in the toilet were not there, a/c was very noisy - we had to close it to sleep!

- location is good. It is close to the markets, air port, bus and railway station (although the local auto riskshaws demand ridiculous fares)
- cultural program organized by the hotel along with dinner buffet (although the price per person of 225 + taxes is a deterrant)
- free pick up from railway station (although they need to get some lessons in coordination with guests, they wasted one full hour in waiting for the cab)
- bad service overall
- a/c was noisy, had to switch it off to sleep peacefully
- two single beds joined and given to us as a double bed. When we asked for a double bed, we were told that the hotel does not have double beds at all. But we finally got it after raising our voice
- staff is not well trained, simple requests have to be explained multiple times for correct execution
- toilet was very small and no toileteries were provided
- breakfast menu was third class
- free pick up from the railway station was hopeless, they wasted our one precious hour in confusion
- very little parking space if you intend to travel with your car
