Good location as the hotel is very near to the railway station 5 mins walking distance. Staff is good. But the worst part is the room where you come after a tiring trip and want to relax. As in the matress of the double bed and the extra bed both are very bad as it has not been changed for years. Pillow covers are not changed.The blankets are stinking. Bathroom curtains are very very dirty. Sepage in the walls. Not a good hotel to stay. Dont book ever this hotel.

Overall very satisfying experience and the hotel was good value for money.

Friendliness of the staff; good service and authentic punjabi food. Man the portions of food served is double of what i can get for the same price in bangalore. People in general in amritsar were nice and hospitable and that showed in the hotel staff.

On the makemytrip.Com site they said that there will be a pick-up from the railway station - that did not happen. Hotel refused to do make it happen. But was not too much of a pain considering the distance between hotel and railway station. Better not have it on the site and than build wrong expectation... Lift did not work during power cut i.E. With generator power.

Quite close to rs and located in a peaceful locality. conveyances to go anywhere available immediately

We stayed for 3 days but room cleaning was not done despite our reminders. towels & toileteries were not changed

It is wonderful hotel for stay, room are clean and furniture are also good one.
