I liked
1. Gaffeplex - free gaming cafeteria ( gaffeplex) ..If one has interest in snooker, pc gaming and playstaytion and want to work as transit office you have both facilities like workstations and wifi accessibility and meeting
hall....All at price of rs 550/- with free mineral water , electric kettle for tea and coffee...That too a location near vaishali nagar ( the next gen crowd) ...Infact i borrowed my name bliss from blisszone ... My business instincts could not restrict me how they could survive in this price vis a vis benefits catered by them... Yes but confidential they have really a good business model based on multiple revenue stream.
2. The way they wrapped 2 plates each of free consumables like tea / coffee bags, sugar and towel/nepkins
3. The use of technolgy...They completely replaced epbax ...They set speed dial on customer phone for attendant numbers ... You need to just press a bell and give ring and person is availble to attend you...Airtel would die to see free use.
I didn't like
1. Their blenkets were not enough for the jaipur cold...However they were apologetic about it and assured we will not face this problem in future.
2. The glasses being used though, were good quality plastics but could have been of glasses of other environement friendly material.
3. The disclosure that i am one of the key investor in the company who runs this facility
