The hotel is a good option for stay at mall.. The food is decent and hotel is clean.

Hotel is very conveniently located on the mall and hence is near to main attractions. Tourism lift is merely a few steps away from hotel. Willow banks has a beautiful exterior and an equally beautiful interiors too. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Attached bath is clean and fresh. Room service is good and menu is sufficiently good. Further, hotel is safe for single women and i would recommend it whole-heartedly.

A bit pricey but worth the price.

“high rates poor facilities” hotel willow banks rakeshanand delhi 6 jun 2009 we stayed in room no.1003 & 1004 from 30th & 31st may. The balcony viewfor the premium rooms is worst. Maintainance is very poor. 2nd day we call for cleaning our rooms for 10 times but they cleaned the rooms in the evening & give us the towels in night. Bathroom locks are also not working. The staff is also very rude because we already give them the advance rent . Food quality is also very poor. The spa is also note properly maintained. When i complained all this to the manager mr. Gupta. He directly tell me its. Not possible to do better then to this. liked — mall road disliked — hotel my ratings for this hotel is date of stay may 2009 visit was for quality time with family travelled with family with teenagers age group 35-49 member since 06 june 2009 i never recommend this hotel to stay

We enjoyed a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location is ideal since it lies at the edge of the mall road, away from the crowded area. The room was very comfortable and well lit up. The best part was that it had large windows for natural light to come in. Dining in the elegant restaurant was a delight and the room service fare was equally good. Although i did not make use of it, the hotel also has a health club and beauty parlour. the travel desk gave us good deals on car rental.
