The guest house experience was pretty good overall. I would recommend it. It's not like a 5 star but i think it was better than the 3 star hotel in jaipur i stayed at before.

I liked
The rooms are clean, and the a.C. Is effective. The breakfast (parantha) that they gave was really good and the owners are very cordial and welcoming. The guest house is in a convenient location near many hang-out spots in jaipur and so the drive back didn't take long.
I didn't like
There was no wifi internet or std calling which most places do nowadays. The weather in jaipur is crazy, you need cooling in the afternoons and warmth at night on the same day
