The hotel is good. It is conveniently located.
Courteous and efficient front desk staff. Excellent gentleman running the travel desk - very very good.
Room service - terrible.

Hotel is oké, nice staff. Nice rooftop terrace, but unfortunately only open at night. Also closed if there is any change of rain.
