I stayed in the hotel for 2 days in oct 2009 along with my wife. Its just an average hotel. We may expect more on its exterior and beautiful reception counter . But what we get would be just reverse. Receptionist will talk to you in tamil if you talk in english. Hence its better not to prefer the hotel by a person who does not know tamil.

Room service is excellent. Restaurant also nice.

Receptionist does not know basic manners and we will wonder why properly trained people not employed there. Cleanliness is average and its just on wrapper in toilet. Rooms are not clean especially dressing table and tv stand.
