Its a good option for a quite meditative getaway. An excellent honemymoon option. It's probably the most beautiful location in munnar. For anybody desiring a quite, chillout, after a hectic work week. a walk in the tea gardens surrounding the hotel works like therapy.

I liked
The view was excellent. The hotel was located at one of the famous sunset viewpoints in munnar. there was no need to leave the hotel to see the sunset.
friendly curteous staff, good service.Excellent rooms, beautifully designed.
I didn't like
Food was very disappointing with very limited options, especially for me who likes to eat the food i the land i holiday in, the resort had very limited keralitie food. besdies, the hotel had no activities so to name of. no pool, no lawns, no playground, not even space to walk around. it was more like a luxurious bed and breakfast kind of place, with absolutely no other entertainment options. the last 2 kms drive to the resort off the main road was terrible. it was difficult driving on that stretch, and only one vehicle could pass through at a time. the distance from the main town, also leaves you completely dependent on the hotel for all your needs
