The staff has a bad attitude towards the guests and they tell you on face "you are not a gouri chamdi wala(foreigner) ". Disgusting!!! for every small thing like a water jug to be filled, white sheet with the blanket, door knobs etc... They are just running the hotel for the sake of it.
Only the location is very good.
As i already mentioned above i want to tell all of you that this is not the only hotel which is at such a good location but you need to interact with the staff also and except one boy who served us. Rest all are useless fellows right from person sitting at the reception to the property care taker (or may be owner). When i informed them that the things are not as per expectations they went even more rude to me which was very annoying. I clicked some of the photographs also where door knob (in super deluxe room!!!) , water jug is not filled, toilets are not clean, they find it very painful to give you a white sheet need to be taken before the blanket, what can be more wrong than that!!!!
on top of this when this was conveyed to the care taker (or may be the owner) he accepted few but simply told he don't want the business from people who highlight the loopholes they have in the service standards.
