Snow Crest Manor hotel in the month of Dec 2010 Location - not great. View from hotel - good. Receptiion and courtesy - good. Room and Toilet cleanliness - good. Running hot water - available Temperator controller - fair. TV and remote - bod. Food - Moderate. Travel Desk - Good Parking - Good Other amineties - NA Overall Service - Good Price - Moderate Intenet booking - delivered as promised.

Hotel staff was not at all co-operative. Ajay from reception was not having good behaviour with us, even there were lot of rooms available in hotel but he forced us to check out at 3:00 PM.

Except for the location nothing was upto the mark in this hotel. This hotel is at the highest point in manali and hence gives you a scenic view from your room.

Location...

On the downside it is bit far from the market area (heart of manali) and hence you have to depend on the hotel's food and services completely and cannot try out something different. There is no central heating system and they have a hot air fan to keep the room hot. The toilet flush has to be pushed very hard and you really need to be strong enough to use it and every day I spent 5- 10 mins to lock the room door as it is a peculiar model which I haven't seen till now. The worst thing is these things are same in all the rooms and the hotel management says they are working as per design. Food is bit costly and even though they have south indian on menu they don't serve it.
