Excellent. We very recently (23rd to 26th january 2010) organised a convention in the hotel and people came from all over the country. They arrived at all hours, had all sorts of demands, 160 people so you can imagine the possible chaos. Yet each and every participant went back not just happy but very happy.
the hotel is very comfortable, very well kept, high standards of cleanliness etc, very comfortable rooms with all amenities, they have a beautiful and huge hall for conventions etc, smaller hall, restaurant and bar. Oh yes, the food was simply excellent. Well cooked, good variety what can i say? there was not a participant who did not compliment everything about the hotel. I know this sounds almost too good but that's why i am taking this trouble to write this review...They really deserve it!
This is what I think about

I liked
The hotel itself, well done up, very pleasing ambience, lovely roof top terrace with swimming pool. Rooms with every amenity including wi-fi internet, tv, a/c etc...Of course.
the food...Multicuisine..All i can say is it was absolutely upto the mark, there was nothing i didn't like. Everyone loved it and that's saying something when "everyone" meant 160 people with different tastes and expectations.
the service. Absolutely comparable to the best 5-star hotel. Prompt. Did what was asked for. Friendly, polite, always wishing you and a smile for you. From the manager to the waiter or whatever the heirarchy is every member of the staff was a pleasure to interact with.
I didn't like
Initially we thought the location on sikar road may be not in the centre of town or whatever...And the hotel doesn't have gardens around it or anything like that...(it does have a lovely roof top terrace and pool though)...But no one felt the lack of the outside...We were so comfortable and well looked after that we clean forgot to look outside! and it was easy enough to get transport or take your own car and go into town for shopping etc, anyway jaipur is not such a big town.
also if driving from delhi, one can reach the hotel easily bypassing the inner city. Here are the instructions for that (the hotel website map is slightly wrong on this front) ..From delhi , when you reach the toll booth where rs41/- is paid, ten kms ahead is a fork to the left (look carefully for it), prior board says this is the ajmer highway. Take it. Go 38-39km...Comes a flyover, avoid it and take to the left of it and almost immediately is a left turn (sikar road into jaipur). 8kms down, hotel on left side.
