Apart from a few small glitches with the hotel (bathroom fittings - health faucet broken, thrice a week cleaning of rooms esp when folks return from the beach) the excellent service and the friendly nature of people, great food more than compensated. The hotel is more than 10 minutes from the beach and is a good 20 -30 mins walk. Bikes are available for hire for a reasonable amount which makes commuting easy in goa. great value for money - these all inclusive packages. (includes boat cruise, sight seeing, airport transfers, food, unlimited drinks & stay).

This hotel is excellent. It is surely spacious with all facilities. Especially the intercom facility makes it a better choice for group touring. The hotel staff extends great help and the quality of service is nice.

Though room was good and spacious but bathroom was bad and poorly maintained.

it was right in the thick of things at calangute, near the beach and the party areas. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and the staff very hospitable and friendly. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.
