Regular cleaning & maintanance of room is very very poor, even the bathroom geysers are not working & the quality of water from tap is also dirty. Bathroom fittings are very very dirty, & not in perfect working conditions. Sofa & carpets were stinking.

stayed in the room 253. Here were the problems we faced during our stay, 1. For a double room we got a bed sheet hardly enough for a person. We had to call for the bed sheet. 2. No hot water facility in the room. There is a boiler which is not working. Hence we had to take the help of service to get a bucket of water. 3. Overall room was not clean and tap plugs and toilet flush plug etc was not touchable condition. 4. There were no tissues in the toilet. We had to seek service for getting them too. 4. Cable service did not have most of the good indian channels. And quality of the signal was not all good. Overall we had a very bad experince .

The services of the hotel found is very poor. No regular distribution of news paper . There is no hot water in the bath room or is not found immediately after our order. Phone order from the hotel room is not responding immediately, unless we call 2- 3 times . One day flush system of the bath room was not working and we were bound to leave the hotel without extention of the hotel duration.Though the distance of the hotel from airport is written in the hotel web site , 30 mnts away,but it is alos not true. As at normal speed it takes almost 40 to 50 mnts from airport. Laundry services also not prompt. There is no cable tv service in the hotel, only some local chennel and free channnels are available .Even our ist day tv was also not working.

Contrary to the impression i got at the time of booking it. Will not recommend
