Great location. Also, great pricing. However, has not moved with the times. The staff is courteous but the fact that 'service' is now an industry has not yet dawned upon them. Especially, in the context of the frenzied pace of mumbai - this hotel is stuck in time. Do not expect all the 'mod cons' you may be used to as an international traveler. Do expect the blanket to be thicker than your mattress! however, do expect clean sheets and a staff always eager to fetch you a chilled bottle of beer in a brown bag!
great favourite of arab families. Again, great location.

Location. Location. Location. Also, the service has a kind of old world standoffishness - none of the smarminess of today.

The rooms are too much like my school hostel! the beds are hard, the mattresses skinny.
