I had booked 3 deluxe rooms for stay on 30th may night. We reached dalhousie one day earlier and enquired whether they could give 3 dlx rooms for a night's stay on 29th may, but staff said they didn't have 3 dlx rooms, they said they had a large suite with 4 beds available..... Staff said we could take that, but subject to concurrence from the hotel's owner/ manager..... After talking to the owner, the staff suddenly changed his stance; they said the suite was not available. We said we were prepared to pay for the suite... Staff said he wouldn't give us the suite even if we were to pay for it..... I found the experience at lall ji tourist resort to be very disappointing.... Here is a totally ruthless and purely money-minded management.... They had already collected the money from us; so they never cared about what happened to us.

	Nothing was upto the mark.

	Very in co-operative staff. Room and food nothing was good.

i was made to change my room because geyser were not working properly. Even in the new room there was always a problem that geyser was not working properly. It was so cold out there and we were supplied hot water through bucket from different rooms which is highly unprofessional even when the hotel was highly priced

	Staff , location, food was really good.

This is one of the better hotels in dalhousie. Its location is ideal as the bus stand is within walking distance yet it’s far enough to offer a clear view of the surroundings. There are no buildings blocking your view. The hotel and room were quite clean and well looked after. The room was quite spacious and the washroom was huge! the food was especially good, can’t say i was disappointed even once in three days. In fact, it was quite a relief since dalhousie doesn’t really have too many dining out options. Room service is prompt and the staff is courteous and helpful. Overall, it was a delightful experience.
