Location is very good. Sunlight reaches to rooms throughout the day. If a person wants peace, this is an ideal place. nice place to unwind, 1 hour drive from shimla and half an hour drive from chail. magnificent view from the resort. quality of service is good. Food is very good. needs improvement for landscaping. The location and hospitality of the staff is very good. Needs improvement for landscaping. Cedar heights is a 5 year old resort set in the foothills of koti a place 10 kms from chail. Views from the place are amazing and monsoons made it very picturesque. An excellent place for bird lovers with opportunity to photograph and sketch. Cedar offers good home cooked food. You can take the trekking route as well have the option for snooker or table tennis. Make sure you take some warm clothes as temperature dips to a low during nights. Kufri is just about 20 mins drive from the resort and makes a good option to spend a day and be back and relax with refreshing mouth watering snacks. Location: Awesome views, very good for photography and nature lovers and bird watchers Hotel/Room Condition: ok, can be much better in the sense change of bedsheets on a daily basis Food & Beverages: Food is very good Facilities: Decent. The resort has rides for kids too.
