Hotel Grand Palace overlooks the picturesque silent valley of Killiyur Falls and Yercaud Lake. The hotel has beautifully furnished Deluxe Rooms and Suites and offers services like Pick up and Drop facilities, travel assistance, laundry service etc.

As per my booking, the check-in time was 12 noon, 1st october,06. When we reached the hotel, they could provide accommoda-tion only at 14.30 hrs. Further, the website furnished information on hotel facilities such as swimming pool and health club which they said is under implementation and not operational. This mislead a user when booking hotel online. This aspect should be kept in mind. Otherwise a good experience
