Hotel Grand Palace is a budget hotel located at Yercaud. The hotel has well furnished rooms and suites with attached bathroom and balcony, a banquet hall, pub and restaurant and offers services like Pick up and Drop facilities, travel assistance, laundry service etc.

As per my booking, the check-in time was 12 noon, 1st october,06. When we reached the hotel, they could provide accommoda-tion only at 14.30 hrs. Further, the website furnished information on hotel facilities such as swimming pool and health club which they said is under implementation and not operational. This mislead a user when booking hotel online. This aspect should be kept in mind. Otherwise a good experience
