Room was very dirty. Location was not at all friendly.

Room service is fine.
Manager was very rude.

Hotel rendezvous is located conveniently for shopping. Some floors are still under construction. Food is good but could be better. Unlike any other hotel in sikkim one stayed at, the front desk staff were aloof (although not discourteous) and one found that very surprising. On the whole it was a satisfactory stay.
