Hotel is still lagging in basic amenities. (1) drainage in the wash basin as well as in the bathroom was very poor & always water gets blocked. Inspite of informing the authorities also nothing was done. (2) hotel lift was not functioning properly. I have alloted room on the 3rd floor but lift neither stopped at that floor. Otherwise hotel is ok with other respects.
