It an average budget hotel. I certainly feel it’s a 3 star property. Location of the hotel is not very great. Service is just average. Lots of apprentice on the job. Most of the hotel staff is inexperienced but courteous. The rooms look good inside with the furniture and the fixtures reminiscent of the bygone era. It was small but beautiful corridor.
Liked the rooms and the small green lawn and corridor.
Food and service.

Fantastic hotel...Loved the location of the hotel, we got a fantastic room, very quite and very calm...As we asked for. facilities at the hotel were superb but we had a lil problem with the ac being switched on and the tv remote did not worked. the bathroom was superb, the fittings and toiletries were up to the mark. This is a all in all a leisure hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly, we ordered a pizza from dominos and a person from the staff came along with the delivery person to the room for the delivery. the rooms were fantastic, 90% of the furniture in the room were antiques and it was superb felt like living like royals. the swimming pool of this hotel was exquisite and had a old charm feeling. the restaurant was amazing, the buffet spread at the restaurant was amazing for breakfast as well as dinner on the 2nd night we got to choose ala carte from the menu and it was fantastic and exotic all in all a superb hotel and definitely recommended
Everything was superb as i would expect from a heritage hotel.
There was a party in the hotel lawns and we had to ask if we could use the swimming pool..Priority should be the guests of the hotel and not the 1 night party that they were having.

Front of house staff were excellent and extremely halpful as one of us was unwell they could not do enough to help. Food in the hotel was on the poor side but the staff and hotel building made up for this.

The hotel is apt for the visit to agra, for one fundamental reason. The hotel itself has a heritage structure which adds to the glamour of being in an city with around 500 year old history. But perhaps the history of the location is also its bane because the lcoation is closer to the city and hence it is in one of the location which has the maximum commotion. The noise form the traffic, the neighbourhood has marriage banquets and the combination of these puts the hotel at a bad location.
