Best thing about the hotel is the location on the beach. There restaurant is bang on the beach. You can enjoy the morning tea on the beach. Beach is also clean and not crowded in the morning. All the beach and water sport are cheapest around the goa. You can also bargain on the same. Hotel was up to the mark, we stayed in the regular room. It was semi beach facing. Balcony was huge and comfortable to relax. Rooms where pretty clean and the toilets were clean too. Best proximity to the market around calangute beach. Calangute market is on of the best in the area. Restaurant food was not that great. As they give lunch or dinner with the package stay but we didn't like the food in there.
Nice view of the beach from the restaurant, nice balcony with the room to relax and enjoy the beach view. Location is perfect for shopping, water sports and food around. Goa happening pubs are also around. Rooms were clean and spacious. Toilets were also clean and proper hot water facility was there too.
Restaurant food was not good and restaurant people were not that supportive.

We got good sea facing rooms for an economical rate. The hotel is right on the beach and the room was very comfortable. it was easy to book on phone even during the march season when a lot of places had run out of rooms. They are pretty strict on the check in time (wouldn't give rooms even if they are available). the stretch from calangute to baga beach is a very good walk with plenty of shacks to relax.
The location... It was right on the calangute beach and we had sea facing rooms on the second floor with balcony.
Could have better food and service.
