The hotel is located at a hilltop, which is around 4 kms from ooty city centre. Superb location for honeymooners and for those who want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, beware of the room service, one portion of plain stemed rice will cost you 125 bucks. And the travel desk is a nuisance, calls you at unearthly timings and charges look very decent but better to have all the prices in written consent. On the flip side, wont get 24x7 hot water running, unless the hotel has got a minimum occupancy. (what the hell! i had to suffer one day
