The hotel was good and staff was full of hospitality {as they say} but i was annoyed by their local sight seeing services. You will be shocked to know that they don't even help in it. We ourselves has to arrange each and every local sight seeing.
The food the serve in buffet was very good and there were many choices
They don't provide help in any type of local sight seeing

Hotel is good, but room very small.
Service and food is very good
Overall handling the problems. They assured bigger room and ended with same room. If you open balcony you see dirty area. No proper internet. Tata wifi, half the time it was not working. How in 21st century 4 star hotel doesn't have internet facility(broadband) in room. Strange
