The worst stay in my life.

Nothing good was there.
Everything form services to food.

It was an awful experience. In middle of night we heard our room open with a duplicate key - when we were sleeping in the room. Apparantly the staff was unaware that the room was already taken... Then in morning there was no running warm water... The wash room didnt had dustbin

The management made me to wait for a very long time during my checking out as they wanted me to confirm with make my trip regarding the money transfer to their account. Also it is mentioned that the breakfast is complimentary but it has been charged. But when questioned they told that it is chargeable in the room but served complimentary only in the restaurant. But this matter has not be intimated earlier or by way of any circular or notice in the hotel.

Facilities: Maintenance of interiors is very much called for. It gave a ill-maintained look.

Hotel Service: The lobby, the room and the toilets need a total rewamping.

Value for Money: Front desk also during day was not very warm and courteous.
