#1 Hotel Review of HPTDCs Hotel Peach Blossom, Fagu

Somebody at shimla had recommended this hotel to us for it's beautiful location... fagu is some 25kms ahead of shimla towards narkanda...And the peach blossom hotel, being a tourism deptt initiative is probably the best location wise...The hotel has all the comforts...And is constructed in such a way that eacjh of the rooms have good views Location: located at Fagu, which is around 25 kms ahead of Shimla and around 6 kms ahead of Kufri... the place does not get as many tourists as Kufri and thus is nice all the year round...there is not much to do though ina place like fagu but sit n the hotel lawns and have chai and pakoras...there are also apple orchards that one can visit during the day Hotel/Room Condition: the rooms are well ventilated, get a lot of sun thus making the stay very lively... we spent a greater part of the day in our room and didn't miss out on the views Food & Beverages: the food was great...the cutlets & paoras with tea were yummy Facilities: the usual, what's written in their brochure is delivered Hotel Service: service too was good..the staff was polite...which is not the case at times at a state run hotel Value for Money: good value for money...the most scenic of all locations near Shimla Review & Ranking by Uriah Heep Rank: 7/10 Detailed Rating Location Rooms Food Facilities Service Value Was this review helpful?
