A very good value for money hotel especially in off-season. Rest assured of spacious, clean rooms and courteous staff. Very close to tibetian market and botanical garden.

I had a chance to stay in another hotel in similar price range and let me tell you this hotel - vinayaga is 100 times better in terms of everything. If yo have to decide upon a hotel just close your eyes and go for this one. It also has a bar attached which will is really required ;-) i ooty's cold weather. I had a issue with online booking and was charged extra, but the hotel staff was very corteous and got the excess amount adjusted after speaking to makemytrip.Com. This is really great and you do not personally know either makemytrip.Com and also the hotel people but things are so smooth that even in case of some issues things work out. For this vinayaga inn deserves special compliments and also makemytrip.Com for the efficient system they have in place for grievance redressal.

Its not worth of the money what i paid.

The staff was polite and cooperative.
Everything was worse from room condition to services.

Good but can be much better.

Location: Location was quite friendly.

Hotel/Room Condition: Room was very good.

Food & Beverages: Food was bad.

Hotel Service: Services were not excellent but satisfactory.

Value for Money: Rooms were good value for money.
