A worst & cheater hotel in goa. At arrival i paid deposit of rs.5000/- & confirmed the tariff rs.1500 & stayed for 2 days. At check-out time the manager of hotel charge me for 2.5 days as i checked out only one hour late that also i had inform them in morning & that time they have not clarify. When i check the bill they have charged me additional rs.150/- which was the mistake of their house keeping department the guy who came to clean my room broke the telephone wire & the manager ask me to pay for it. This place is a truly wonderful stay. Mostly because of the value for money. Location: Situated in Vasco, makes it pretty easy to reach from the airport, but then big distance from Panjim is something u''ll find irritating, especially if you''re staying for a few days. imagine travelling 30+30 kilometers everyday to visit the beaches!And the pick from the airport was not available, stating the same startup reason Hotel/Room Condition: The room service and the quality of the rooms were excellent for the price (I have just tried out the deluxe rooms, dont know bout the other ones). Facilities: And the pool was just great. I even had the luck of getting it all to myself and family for both the days I was there.For the fitness freak, this ones a loser for now, cause the advertised ''health club'' wasn''t operational yet when I was staying(didnt make much of a difference to me, u''d understand if you saw me), but nevertheless, it would make a difference to people it matters to. Hotel Service: The staff were really friendly too.The staff was very helpful in arranging car rentals, which saved me a lot of time too Value for Money: On the whole, Id give this hotel four stars on five, for the sheer quality they provide for the money. Go for this one if you dont mind the drawbacks mentioned above. Thumbs Up!
