Ok.. Satisfied.. Could not ask for more in a city like haridwar.. Where some hotels are worse.. Location: It is far from the city and the railway station.. though access from railway station would not be a problem ( as autos ply and would charge you about Rs 100/-), but access to station and other places could be a problem as this hotel is far away ( along with others like Ginger hotel, disney inn and park view; all of these hotels are far away from Haridwar city ( 3-4 kilometers away from city centre ) . This hotel location would be Ok if one has ones own private mode of transport. It has reasonable parking place as well Hotel/Room Condition: The rooms were good , clean.. but then some maintenance work is required.. the switches were not working; and in one of the rooms the AC ( heater ) was not functioning at all. The bedsheets were clean but then the same cannot be said about the bathroom linen. Food & Beverages: Food is well prepared and tasty. The room service is also good.. the staff are hospitable.. ( since this was an off season time, perhaps we got good service, though I am not sure what would happen at rush times especially during peak season of March - May ) Facilities: Did not use any other facility so cannot comment on it.. Not aware what other facilities were at offer as well. Hotel Service: the staff was warm and friendly.. Value for Money: It could have been better especially given that tihs is an off time and the occupancy was barely at 15%.. we were still charged the rack rate ( for off season ) and Makemytrip discount was about 10% of that.. so only if the rates had been a lot more competitive, I would have felt value for money.
