I am a repeat visitor of the hotel...Guess that speaks itself for the hotel.

Food is excellent - fresh and well prepared. Neat and clean rooms and good service.
The bathroom door couldn't be bolted properly.

Location of the hotel was a slight disappointment.

This hotel is suited for people who are unaffected by repair noises around, who don't need tv or any other recreational activities, who don't need accessibilty to far away har ki pauri & would be at peace with as and when travel arrangements can be made for a higher price. It projects a good building with brightly lit lobby while its really isn't so well lit from inside.It seems management is not there to look after how staff is taking care of guests as admitted by their manager to me post complaint. As they have more hotels to look after, they seem oblivious to the fact that someone could complain & that cross check must be made or feedback taken from guests especially when its a competititve services sector with several hotels nearby.This is definitely not within the purview of a 3 star category but has immense potential only if management takes up an active role.You feel cheated for paying for services that you don't get.

Food is better than average, the staff shows willingness to address your concerns, a good book on moral values placed in lobby, temple view from hotel room, drinking water cooler outside the room, spacious rooms, fire fighting equipment on each floor, decent mid size restaurant
Staff not being able to address concerns, attempts to charge more for travel services, totally dark lobby & corridors at night, no tea service early morning, inability to offer wake up alarm on time, inability to offer internet service despite having facility,delay in room service, cable connection not working during monsoon & yet paid to avail tv services, lift stuck at some floor for most times, no local call facility in room despite telephone available in room.

Hotel is very clean and tidy. Well maintained and good value for the money spent. Hotel is in a very decent area but little far off from the temple locality.
