Getting there. Road. Drive on NH4 towards Tumkur cross Nelamangala and get into the toll road (Rs.10 for cars) to reach Dobbaspet after a drive of about 50 km. Cross the fly over and turn right from the national highway onto the Devarayanadurga road (state highway). Travel 5 km on this road via Narasipura and turn right at the Heggunda cross, 2 km from here is the village sited at the base of the towering Ramadevara Betta. Bus. If you are dependent on public transport the best way is to travel to Dobbaspet by KSRTC and then take a local bus/ matador/ maxi cab to Heggunda.
