This beautiful tomb is situated at a distance of 10 km from Agra. It is the mausoleum of Akbar the Great. It was started by Akbar and later completed by his son Jehangir in 16-17th century. I will say it is an tomb equivalent to the Taj Mahal. You can take a taxi or an auto from Agra Cantt. railway station or from Agra Bus Stand. The entrance fees for Indians is Rs.10 and Rs.250 for foriegners. Its open on all days of the week. It was a splendid monument which is another example of Moguls Architecture.
