Narayani (22 km from Rambha & 10 km from Barkul): The shrine of Goddess Narayani adorns the valley hill-top which is girdled by a stream. Also an ideal picnic spot.

Nirmaljhara(11 km from Rambha & 21 kms from Barkul): An ideal place for picnic as well as for pilgrimage, its sanctity lies in the fact that a stream emerges out from the feet of a Vishnu image.

Banpur (13kms from Barkul , 8 km from Balugaon, 42 km from Rambha and 104 km from Bhuvaneshwar) : Banpur is famed  for the temples of  "Dakshya Prajapati" and “Goddess Bhagabati” as well as for the images of  Buddha reflecting the Vajrayan cult of Buddhism

Taptapani (125 from Barkul and 100kms from Rambha): A hot sulphur spring with medicinal properties in the midst of evergreen thick forests, Taptapani which means ‘boiling water’ is enchanting during the monsoons clouds roam around the foliage. Gopalpur on sea (75kms from Barkul, 60kms from Rambha and 16 kms from Berhampur) - One of the finest beaches on the eastern coast, Gopalpur is a huge favorite among foreign tourists who come here to enjoy the calm and serenity . It was once a port buzzing with maritime activities. Crumbling walls, pillars and a light house are now what remain as witness of its glory.
