| North Goa | South Goa | Old Goa |
| Forts in Goa | Reaching there | Wildlife in Goa |

A fun-filled holiday with dollops of history; Goa is a good destination to take your kids on a vacation. It is safe, peaceful and popular. Not only that Goa promises a great outdoor vacation for kids but also it is a good mix of beaches, culture, history and adventure – if that is what you want to introduce your children to. Moreover, parents won’t be disappointed either – there is so much to do for them as well. Goa is surely a destination for all!

Kids love running around, building castles (like we loved to do), getting them wet and pulling their peers to water or getting them drenched by their mischievous acts. Goa presents kids freedom to live their dreams. Parents may let their children run, jostle and draw on the shores without being wary of their safety. For sands on the most Goa beaches is not that hard and pose no serious threat to a child’s safety. A river cruise may be another exciting thing for a kid. There are many boats that take tourists on a Dolphin watch – go try it. Your kids will surely love and remember their vacation in Goa.

If your kids are grown up and can make sense of white washed churches and big monuments – a tour of Old Goa is surely can be an option as well as popular churches and monuments in Panjim (Panaji). A guided tour in Old Goa is highly recommended unless you are well versed in Goan history and know about the monuments that stand tall centuries after they were built. Kids do love listening to the stories and guides are well versed in telling interesting anecdotes and stories.

Goa has a number of forts too. If you like, depending on the time in hand and inclination of the child, you may include a few forts in your itinerary. Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary, 38 kilometers from Margao and 55 kilometers from Panjim are other good places to take your kids in Goa.
